Dancing with the Stars Winner Busted

‘Dancing With the Stars’ champion Helio Castroneves 33 is very bad boy, and worse than that he got caught. Castroneves his Ohio attorney and his sister Katiucia are facing tax evasion charges for ‘allegedly’ failing to pay more than $5 million to the IRS. The charges…Conspiracy to Defraud the US and Tax Evasion were filed Thursday.
According to the indictment, Helio and two others are accused of using “an offshore Panamanian shell corporation Seven Promotions to conceal and disguise the true and correct amount of Helio Castroneves’ income from the Internal Revenue Service.”
Castroneves apparently tried to ‘conceal and disguise’ his income. There is one charge that he got $2 million as a salary from a Brazilian trading company but made it look like he only got $200,000. Hey I can relate when my income reaches numbers equal to my telephone number I have problems too. Still not a great idea the Conspiracy and Tax Evasion charges are punishable by a maximum of 5 years in prison each! Castroneves is a famous two time winner of the Indy 500, but we know him as the winner of DWTS, owner of the coveted gaudy mirror ball trophy.
