Selena Gomez the beautiful star of the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ is a little coy about her latest album and one song in particular. Selena has not said directly who the song is about, but there are some huge hints.

“My favorite song that I’ve written is called ‘I’m Sorry,’” the Disney Channel star, who is reportedly dating Nick Jonas, of Jonas Brothers fame “It’s about a boy I kind of fell for, but he couldn’t let his ex-girlfriend go, and it was really difficult. The song is basically me saying that I’m sorry that it didn’t work out or that she used to be who she was. But you have to let me in and you have to know that I’ll do everything I can to make you happy and be the best I can be,”

Nick formerly dated you guessed it Miley Cyrus the ‘Hannah Montana’ Disney star. Miley used her relationship with Nick as the inspiration for her pop song ‘7 Things’. When she had to compete with said unnamed guys ex Selena says, “I felt like in a way, I wasn’t good enough.”

This soap opera like saga just keeps going. Selena’s lyrics tell the story of how she encouraged the object of her affection to move on. Hopefully in her direction. Sixteen year old Selena’s personal tune will probably be the first song recorded for the album and is likely to be the only ballad on the record.

“I want the other stuff to be really fun,” she adds. “But that is probably going to be the most heartfelt one because it was the hardest time for me. That story actually happened to me.”

What is it about this Nick kid? Have you seen him? He looks about 12 while Selena and Miley look 25. This takes me back to the Hilary Duff and Lindsay Lohan squabble over that nasty Aaron Carter. So is it Selena’s turn for a fake apology or does Miley keep control of the fake apology sweepstakes?
