Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds Married in Canada

Congratulations to Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds. They snuck off to Canada and made it official with a small wedding this last Saturday evening. The pair held their wedding at a remote wilderness retreat outside of Vancouver, BC. Guest included Scarlett’s mother Melanie Sloan and her twin brother Adrian Johansson. Canada was an easy choice as Reynolds was born and raised there.
“You don’t always meet the right person at the right time,” Johansson told Cosmopolitan. “I believe in finding a soul mate. I’ve always been in monogamous relationships. I would never want to be in an open one. It’d be too awful.”
Johansson 23 and Reynolds 31 started dating shortly after his break-up with singer Alanis Morissette. Just to show there are no hard feelings Morrisstte sent best wishes on Reynolds’s engagement. The now newlyweds announced their engagement of May 5 this year. Johansson has been flashing around a three-carat diamond ring estimated at a whopping $30,000 every since.
Has been busy in her film career with recently released ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’. Two movies awaiting release are ‘The Spirit’ and ‘He’s Just Not That Into You‘. Reynolds has been busy too his most recent film was ‘Definitely, Maybe’. He has ‘Fireflies in the Garden’ and ‘Adventureland’ awaiting release and has ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ and ‘The Proposal’in post-production.
This looks to be a great match and we all wish them all the best of luck. Look out Shiloh Jolie-Pitt if these two have a baby your crown as the most-blessed-DNA baby could be in jeopardy.
