Josh Harnett Sues Over Sex Tape

Josh Hartnett has slapped a defamation of character lawsuit on Britain’s Daily Mirror. Josh wants an apology and a stack of cash. The Mirror claims that Josh and a ‘mystery’ woman carried on a sexual dalliance in a public area of a London hotel.
Josh is in London performing in the West End stage production of ‘Rain Man’. Josh is playing the part Tom Cruise played in the movie. Josh states that the newspapers claims are:
“Not only untrue but a complete fabrication,” according to his lawyers, they also labeled them “defamatory and unsubstantiated.”
Josh reportedly said on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ calls the story ‘rubbish’. How very British! The report also says that the sexy couple was caught of closed-circuit television in a steamy encounter. The paper said it was rumored Josh was caught on CCTV tape. Well where is it? Shouldn’t it be on the internet by now? Some of us would love to see the tape… I mean the proof. Yeah, that’s it… proof.
