Heather Locklear Arrested- Mug Shot Photo

Heather Locklear, who had been rumored to have made a venture into rehab for depression, was arrested Saturday evening. After being pulled over in the Santa Barbara area, officers felt she was driving under the influence.
“Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito,” California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall tells PEOPLE. “The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times.”
The aforementioned witness then called the police for fear of her safety. When the cops did arrive, she looked disheveled and “impaired.” Test for drugs and alcohol were given at a local CHP station . She was booked around 7 p.m. only to be released a few hours later.
Sounds like a typical day in crazy. Must be all those peroxide fumes getting to her brain. She should have taken a note from every former reality tv “star” and offered the cop a handy and some tic-tacs in return for a free pass.
