Radcliffe, who has grown up from his boy wizard character, is shedding the child actor label. After appearing nude in London’s West End production of “Equus,” he is pushing the envelope by going into his sex life. (Yes, it freaks my freak that Harry Potter has a sex life.)
In his interview with Details magazine he confirms that he first slept with slightly older woman.

Amy Byrne is the rumored woman Daniel refused to name. He and Byrne dated back in 2005. At that time she was 23 and he was 16. Just an FYI….16 is the legal age of consent in Britain. She was an assistant hairdresser on one of the Potter projects.
