Paris Hilton was invaded by the paparazzi as she went out for a little McDonalds and shopping with her sister Nicky Hilton.


I see two things wrong with this picture. 1. Those paparazzi are on the wrong side of the car, if they are hoping for a crotch shot. 2. Paris is like a nasty infection — if you scratch it, it will spread.
