Albert!
Albert partly participated in coffin races while living in Colorado.
Albert wondered if he was a monk dreaming he was a butterfly or a butterfly dreaming he was a monk. The question of his personal preference was a matter of lifespan versus wingspan, ultimately, and though he chose human he still could not avoid being stepped on by something bigger than himself.
Fate is cruel, it seems, and there’s always a larger foot walking towards you.

To stay on topic with mentioning Albert, I have this one aunt who is OBSESSED with Billy Joel and I showed her a picture of Albert one day and said “Doesn’t he look like he could’ve been the distant son or cousin of Billy?” And this is totally a compliment. I am a big fan of his old, angry stuff and newer drunk driving. She screamed “EW!” (and profanities) at me. I still say I could’ve been right.
