Wired Music: TV on the Radio Delivers with New Disc
After releasing one of the most critically-acclaimed discs of 2006, Return to Cookie Mountain, TV on the Radio headed back to the studio to work on the highly-anticipated follow up. Rolling Stone got the first listen to the new disc, titled Dear Science, and reported that it did not disappoint. The magazine dubbed Dear Science a “big, beautiful art-rock symphony.”
Judging from the first single, “Golden Age,” I agree with Rolling Stone. Although it’s definitely the most mainstream song I’ve heard from TV on the Radio, it’s also the most polished and the most memorable. Unfortunately, I have to wait until the disc is released on September 23 to hear the rest of the tracks.
Check out “Golden Age” on the player below, and catch the bad on their upcoming tour to support Dear Science.

I’m not really into this track, but I’m still really excited for the new record; TV on the Radio hasn’t disappointed me ever.
