Wired Music: The Killers Coming Back with ‘Day and Age’

By Alyk | August 27, 2008

The Killers kept themselves busy the past couple years basking in the success of their sophomore disc, Sam’s Town. Thankfully, the basking didn’t last too long; singer Brandon Flowers announced the title to their third disc, Day and Age, hinting about what we can expect.

He revealed several song titles that could feature on the album, including ‘Goodnight Travel Well’, ‘Joyride’, ‘Neon Tiger’, ‘I Can’t Stay’ and ‘Losing Touch’, the latter Flowers declaring “one of my favorites.”

The Killers debuted a new song called “Spaceman” at the Highland Ballroom in NYC last month, and the audience ate it up. Check it out in the YouTube clip above.

Day and Age hits stores in November.
