Michael Phelps, Jason Lezak Olympic Relay Video- Men’s 400 IM

The French were the favorite to win the men’s 400 relay. Alain Bernard of the French team spoke of the relay and they did not fear an American upset saying: “We will crush them!”

After the whistle blew the teams dived in to the Australians taking the lead despite Michael Phelps record smashing swim. Soon after the French began to dominate as expected. The team captain of the United States came to the rescue and in the last lap of the race, Jason Lezak barely overpowered the favorite to win. They took the gold medal and broke records finishing the race in 3:08:24.


This is what the Olympics are about. Incredible talent and hot men in low rise spandex….err sportsmanship and pride or some jazz like that.
