Mary Kate Olsen Forced to Testify

The shady silence of Mary Kate Olsen’s involvement with Heath Ledger and his prescription drugs has finally been broken.

Two of the pain killers found in Heath’s body after he was found dead in his New York apartment last January. Feds want to know where he obtained OxyContin and Vicodin without having a legal perscription. Red flags went up after she was the first person called after the masseuse found Heath unresponsive. She is literally pleading the 5th Amendment and seeking immunity from prosecution in exchange for her cooperation.

The DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) has obtained a subpoena that will force Mary Kate to testify in front of a grand jury. Currently she is hiding in New York standing by her statement that she “had nothing to do whatsoever with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them.”

This sounds beyond creepy to me. If you were truly innocent, why wouldn’t you volunteer any information you could possibly have to bring justice to the tragic death of a friend?

[OMG!]
