Keira Knightley Preps for Auditions With Booze

Now your talking! I already adored Keira….now I respect her.
The remake of “My Fair Lady” is currently in the works. The musical will come to life again and I can’t wait to see the fashion in this. It is like Sex and the City with English accents. To calm her nerves before singing during her audition for Eliza Doolittle, originally played by Audrey Hepburn, Keira Knightley had some liquid courage.
“I probably did slur my words,” Knightley told the U.K. edition of Glamour in its September issue about having a drink before her audition to play Eliza Doolittle. “I told [producer Cameron Mackintosh] that would be the only way I could sing in front of everyone.”
Indeed, I am a total geek for my anticipation of the remake. But seriously, my first high school musical was My Fair Lady and I did it just to wear those fierce hats.
