The Two Corey’s Cancelled

A&E has axed the reality wonder “The Two Coreys.” Too bad really. I dug it. Nothing like kicking back and watching Corey Haim pretending to be a functioning adult who isn’t insanely jealous of Feldman.

Corey Haim has been at the throat of his last possible savior since the start of the series. Corey Feldman has grown up and gotten married. He is dependant on a slew of drugs including a Valium addiction. His drug use was documented during the series when Haim left his mic on but kicked the camera crew out of his trailer. Snorting and coughing could be heard in the background. Since then A&E has canned the show due to his breakdown and drug relapse.

“He’s done, and I’m through with him for good,” Feldman says of his former pal.

Feldman’s manager and Two Coreys co-producer Scott Carlson has confirmed that the series’ second season will be its last:

“Right now, there will not be a third season of ‘The Two Coreys.’ Things can’t continue the way they did toward the end of the second season.”

I loved the show. It is a guilty pleasure. Seriously though, drugs are bad and I hope Haim pulls through….that and takes out those horrid earrings.

Enjoyed the show so much. Even wired and drugged out, Corey Haim was really a good actor. Hope he has something else out soon. When does the last episode air?

I really liked this show! I hate to see it cancelled, but it is an obvious shame that Haim can’t pick up the pieces of his life and make a go of all the last chances he’s received. I am also really proud for Feldman. He has got his life together and done pretty damn well. Nice house, beautiful wife, and continued work. It don’t get any better than that! The A&E show was really cool, and again I HATE to see it go….
