The latest Harry Potter film is set to be out on November 21st this year. The sixth and latest JK Rowling book turned into a film is The Half Blood Prince. Daniel Radcliff 18, Rupert Grint 19, and Emma Watson 18 return. set out to fight the Dark Lord and save Hogwarts as the wizarding trio of Harry, Ron and Hermione.

The cast for this one reads like the who’s who of British actors. Some of the returning cast members include Michael Gambon as Prof. Dumbledore, Dame Maggie Smith as Prof. McGonagall, Helena Bonham Carter as Belatrix L’Estrange, Robbie Coltrane as Rubeus Hagrid and Alan Rickman as the creepy Severus Snape. That does not include the newest members of the cast like Oscar winner Jim Broadbent as Prof. Slughorn. Of course the late great Richard Harris was the first Dumbledore and sorely missed. But I must admit that John Cleese as Nearly Headless Nick is a favorite of mine. That is just some of the talent in this movie.

In this film Harry is going on 17 and falling in love and can’t wait to “apperate”. The Muggle equavilant of the freedom of driving a car. Love seems to be in the air as Ron falls for Lavender Brown which makes Hermione jealous.

When questioned if Harry will get to kiss Ginny, director David Yates said: ‘They’re about to kiss. Then the bloody Death Eaters turn up and cause all sorts of anarchy.’

This is the film that takes a dark turn and sad twist near the end tissues will be reguired. This should be a another block buster for Warner Bros. The film takes a bit of a more grown up turn and gets a lot darker with a battle at Hogwarts. I can’t wait.
