Ms. Vivica Fox wore the $1300 Mandalay’s dress to a Hollywood premiere while Ashley Tisdale hit up L.A.’s American Music Awards. Tisdale wore a more demure, longer version of the sparkly garb. Hugh Hefner’s second in command girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt rocked the frock at the Espy awards.
