Fashion Face Off- Leighton Meester or Cassie

You might recognize Leighton Meester form “Gossip Girl.” Leighton plays Blair Waldorf on the show and is here wearing a Pencey creation. Cassie is a bit of a D-lister known for her model turned singer. She sang “Me and U” which was a blip in 2006.
