Britney Gives Up on Her Boys

In a jaw dropping decision Britney Spears dropped her battle to secure custody of her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James. Kevin Federline’s attorney confirmed that Britney and Kevin reached and signed off on a settlement in this well publicized custody case.
Kaplan tells OK!, “At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner.”
Britney is still under legal conservation of her father Jamie. Brit lost custody of the boys to K-Fed in October. Brit had visitation but her privileges were really restricted following her now famous breakdown and hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation.
At last I have found something that I can respect about Brit-Brit. For once she is putting her children before herself. Until she gets herself together she really can’t be a full time Mother. Kudos to you Britney and good mental health.

It’s sad what happened to Britney Spears and few hollywood entertainers. They become very rich and then self destruct. On the other hand, there are a lot of people suffering from the fact that gas for your old beat up car is now almost five dollars a gallon.

putting herself before her children? You mean, listening to her lawyers who probably said if she didn’t settle she is taking a risk of loosing them forever and paying without any rights to them.

Yeah, I’m not sure if she has their best interests at heart. Her past behavior would seem to indicate that she’s been forced into this somehow. But either way, it’s the right thing to do. So, kudos, I guess.
