Angelina Jolie Offended by Disney

The Jolie-Pitt rhythm nation is pissed at Disney. Why? Because there are no African Princesses. The girls are starting to enjoy dressing up in the little outfits that the Mickey Mouse purveyors have cranked out. Amongst Ariel and Cinderella, there is not one Princess that hails from Africa.

“(So) even the colour of the children in the cartoon matters. There still isn’t a Disney princess that’s African and it’s very difficult because our daughters’ getting into princesses right now and it upsets me.”

Bitch please. I am all for equality. No one should be left out, but to be pissed at Disney is ridiculous. That is like saying you are pissed at Krispy Kreme for not making a fat free donut.

..disney should have a black princess..and the fact that they dont speaks volumes

The fact that Disney didn’t have a minority princess until 1992 speaks volumes on Disney’s racism. There are many movies in the archives that will never been seen again, including blackface routines and others of the like.

But Jolie only has to wait until next year when “The Princess and the Frog” comes out, with black princess Tiana.
