Amy Winehouse is Dying of Tuberculosis
Our favorite crack monger Amy Winehouse might have tuberculosis. The disease, also known as TB, is deadly. According to doctors one in ten latent infections will progress to active disease, which, if left untreated, kills more than half of its victims.
At the rate Amy’s health is declining, it is not a good sign. Currently she is coughing up blood circa Doc Holiday in “Tombstone,” who died of the disease. (Best movie ever btw.)
“She’d been been suffering horrible coughing fits and hurling up blood for a while but refused to be examined. Doctors now believe it is tuberculosis and are doing more tests to be certain.”
To add more worries for Grammy award winner, she is also battling a heart condition. Winehouse was diagnosed with an irregular heart beat on Jun 19th. While she will be in the hospital for weeks to come she is facin detox at the same time. Her favorite vices of heroin and cocaine have finally caught up to the “Rehab” singer and are slowing killing her. Amy has never been shy when it comes to her addictions, but she refuses to acknowledge a problem. Wine-o still plans on singing at Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday concert in Hyde Park and at the Glastonbury Festival.
Amy….I *heart* you and your trashy ways. Get better soon.
