These photos would be tasteful, classic, and artistic if she was at least 18 years old. I think this photo can be classified as child pornography, I personally would be a little creeped out if I was 15 and 20, 30, 40, 50 year old men were “over” analyzing any of my photographs, let alone a near naked photo. what happened to common decency?

I think that she is totally justified in what she did. She looks beautiful, and at 15 I think everyone is trying to be a little older than what they are. It’s the age range she is in. In response to megan… did you see the entire photo shoot the actualy candid photos. she wasnt naked. she had on pants and the “sheet” was actually very large and covering. She has more on in that photo than she does when she wears a bikini on the hannah montana show. And also hasnt it been said that these actual photos of her that she suposudly took herself were a fake her. I think everyone is over doing this alot. Its a wonderful artistic picture.

These photos are very artistic and are not exposing at all. We see her back. Not a big deal. The photos were shot by someone with a very strong artistic sense and quite honestly, everyone is making a big deal of this simply because of Miley’s age. But why? Anyone and everyone has the right to be beautiful. These pictures are beautiful.

Honestly, I don’t have a problem with the picture, I think it’s very artistic and beautiful. Now, about her age… It’s not like showing her back is outrageous, but think about what she will be doing by the time she turns 17. She obviously needs a better guidance, it’s not like we’re completely rational when we’re 15.
