Damn! My dreams of dirty pirate babies have been dashed.

Johnny Depp is finally going to marry Vanessa Paradis. It is so en vogue to get married and knocked up right now. This summer should play host to a plethora of A-list weddings. Depp and Paradis are rumored to be planning their nuptials for June 14th.

“Sources say that Depp, 44, has changed his mind about marriage when his lover and mother of his children suddenly wanted to get married. He used to say that they don’t feel the need to walk down the aisle to make their relationship official.

He had been quoted to say, “For all intents and purposes, we are married. [But] if [Vanessa] ever said, ‘Hey, let’s get hitched,’ I would do it in a second.”

The two already have beautiful children together, so if Vanessa gets knocked up it wouldn’t be as ground breaking as Jamie Lynn’s prom baby. Lily Rose and Jack are said to be super excited their parents are finally going to walk down the aisle. Invites are said to be going out in a few weeks.

I can’t wait for mine! What? I deserve something for years of singing to my “Cry Baby” poster.
