Heidi Montag went on MTV’s TRL to promote her crappy clothes line, and attempted to freestyle a little rap.
Here’s how it went, which rapper Nelly gave an “A” for effort:

I’m wearing it all day

Um, keep going, I’ll keep flowing

It’s all good this way
The video quality sucks — but not as much as she does. It’s a good laugh.
