The Worst Idea Ever- Kirstie Alley Show Supported by Oprah
By Karen | March 19, 2008
Kirstie Alley, 57 has signed a deal with Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions to develop television projects — which could include her own daily show. The actress has dropped Jenny Craig weight loss group and plans to launch her own weight-loss brand.
Alley, who unforgettably modeled a bikini on The Oprah Winfrey Show after losing 75 lbs., said she hopes her willingness to be honest and open will come together to help her “offer something totally fresh for the television audience.”
According to Tim Bennett, president of Harpo Productions:
“Kirstie is a tremendous talent who is incredibly reliable and a true fan favorite.”
Our boy Tim sure has that right. Kristie is my second favorite Vulcan. Right after Mr. Spock.
