Mischa Barton Charged With Possession of Pot

Remember when Mischa was pulled over for driving her drunk ass around? That was back on December 27th. She was behind the wheel with a level .08% blood alcohol level when police pulled her over for straddling lanes. At the time she had an unnamed prescription drug that should couldn’t produce a doctor’s note at the time of her arrest. It has finally been confirmed that she had some marijuana with her.

Mischa Barton Charged With Possession of Pot

Los Angeles City attorneys filed charges against the actress in LA Superior Court. Barton is set to appear in court on February 28th.

Gasp! Mischa with pot?! That is like telling me that the Cookie Monster really digs Oreos.
