Actually, because she is only 15 it could very well mean she’s drunk. Most 15 year olds drink now days. If she weren’t famous, this would only be a big deal to her parents.

She doesn’t appear to be drunk at all in these photos. She looks alert and still put together. Drunk people appear to be more tired and sloppy. If you’re going to spread gossip and rumors, at least put a more believable story together.

Ok, before you even THINK about accusing Miley of being drunk, first you need to put yourslef in her shoes - literally.
How many times have you walked on a gutter in heels? Never? I thought so.

im 18 and girls who are 15 these days DEF drink. i live in a small town and even the middle school is starting. and since she is so famous she can get into all the clubs cos the press will talk about that club that miley went to..and look at all the other celebs..they were getting into clubs at 16 years old and drinking and no one stops them because they are famous.
