Martha Stewart Buys Emeril

Martha Stewart is set to take over the world. In an evil attempt to eliminate all loveable tv cooks from the world, she has bought Emeril Lagasse’s franchise. The housewives of the world are one step closer to domination. Or something like that. I am probably not far from the truth.
Martha shelled out $45 million dollars to make Emeril her bitch. The final price tag could be a different story.
The total bill could be up in the $70 million range. The cookbooks, tv shows, website, sauces, spices, kitchenware and other cookery items are all under her control. However, he does get to keep his corporate office and restaurants.
I wonder if we will ever see ol’ Emeril again or if he has already been taken “deep sea fishing.”
