Martha shelled out $45 million dollars to make Emeril her bitch. The final price tag could be a different story.

The total bill could be up in the $70 million range. The cookbooks, tv shows, website, sauces, spices, kitchenware and other cookery items are all under her control. However, he does get to keep his corporate office and restaurants.
