Is Myspace the new crack? Did I miss the boat? The young pseudo-stars on Nickelodeon and Disney channel just can’t resist the lure of posting their dirty laundry on the site. It’s like Lindsay Lohan and leggings, they just can’t say no despite how bad of decision it is.
He may be 21, but Josh Peck of Nickelodeon’s “Drake and Josh” likes his adult beverages. Josh also seems to enjoy the company of his male friends. Being that I lack the power to pee standing up, I am guessing that no matter how inebriated you are making kissy faces with your boys is crossing into some kind of level that will ignite a slew of rumors.
This is our future? The role models out there are drunk and pregnant walking around Rite-Aid in their best Heineken t-shirt or getting naked and photographing it for the world to see. Where the hell are these kids’ PR reps?

It’s not just those celebrity youth who need help. It doesn’t matter if your rich/poor, a celebrity/nameless. Every youth gets tempted. Who doesn’t make mistakes? Let a person with out sin throw the first stone. It’s tough being a youth in a world that feels like if all of temptation targets youth. I don’t know one adult who wishes they could go back to youthhood. Both the rich and the homeless youth in the park have the chance to murder. Celeb youth are no better than me and I am no better than them, because no one is perfect. If peolpe care about these youth, pray for them. Become a youth counsler. Kicking youth when they’re already down doesn’t help.

I understand you may think this is a bad decision, but it’s really not your choice. Josh is legal. It may not be the right thing to do or whatever, but it is not our choice, it’s his. Josh isn’t perfect and neither are we. We just really need to get over celebs and their choices. Heck, if some random person got drunk, you wouldn’t care. Or if someone’s parent got drunk, you wouldn’t care. They may not look up to them, but people might still think they’re cool. Just get over this junk. It’s not your decision to make. Jeez.
