Courtney Cox is Hiding Her Illness

I love Mrs. Cox Arquette. I have to say that Friends her career in front of a camera was pretty much over. She is and always will be Monica Gellar-Bing in my head.
Recently photos of Courtney Cox started circulating via the net. Blame it on bad lighting, no makeup or really terrible angle, but she is looking like she just wandered out of a concentration camp. Of course rumors of eating disorders ensued. She dropped from a size 6 to a 2 in a matter of a few months.
The real issue here seems to be argued as just being overworked. Starring in Dirt and taking on the role as producer along with being a mother seems to have taken a toll. Courtney has laughed off reports of anorexia and bouts of bulimia.
This is a great theory in retrospect. But Dirty cut season two short due to the WGA strike and save some cash. After running out of scripts and the end of the strike Dirt is still not in production and there are no plans to resume work anytime soon. So what is really behind her stressed state?
My guess is that she is pregnant. Totally untrue, but why not? Everyone else in Hollywood is knocked up with about 4 kids. I bet she is carrying triplets and they are Sam Lufti’s secret love babies.
