Britney Spears has been caught stealing again!

Joined by her ever present pack of paparazzi (no parents this time!), Britney was snapped making her way from Betsey Johnson on Melrose Ave. to the Monique Lhuillier boutique in Los Angeles.

Our guys are out with Britney right now — she was doing some shopping at Fred Segal — and it seems she may have forgotten to pay for the clothes she changed into and wore out of the store!

Apparently she entered wearing a leopard-print top and exited wearing a black shirt over it.

Cops are at the Melrose store right now and the paps are going wild with rumors that Britney may have had another ‘blue lighter’ moment.
