The saga continues. Since the entire Spears ordeal has more twists and turns than any plot behind “Days of Our Lives,” here is what is currently going on.

Sam Lutfi has been banned from the bedside of Spears. The court ordered a restraining order to keep her manager at a distance. But being a sneaky mother-fella he has yet to be served with the papers issuing the orders. He refuses to open the door to accept the papers and still remains in contact with Spears via the phone. As of now, Howard Grossman is fighting to be the co-conservator along with being her business manager and BFF to Sam. Jaime remains the co-conservator with Andrew Wallet until February 14th. Lutfi knows that this most likely temporary.

“It won’t last. They’re never gonna be able to rule her forever.”

Creepy continues with this guy as the court ordered restraining order claimed Sam Lutfi drugged her! He must remain at least 250 yards away from the entire Spears family at all times. Lynne also put her findings in on the ratbag. TMZ got a hold of documents on what went down.

According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, the night Brit was committed, “Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.At one point Britney “picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, ‘What does insomnia mean?’ Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake.” Lynne continues, “Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.” The docs continue, “He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”

According to the docs, Sam then encouraged Brit “to do tequila shots.”"

The Commissioner tried to put the kibosh on all contact with Lutfi which includes the phone and even e-mails. Trope and Trope are her current legal team. Adam Streisand may have staked claim as her new attorney, but the Commish also threw out the notion stating he had no legal rights to represent Britney. Meanwhile Trope and Trope have subpoenaed K-Feds PR man Michael Sands for something leaked as “substantial.” The court is also have her examined to see just how mentally competent she is.

While this circus has been going down at the court and U.C.L.A medical center, Jamie Lynn is on the run. She is currently around 6 months along according to “friends.” Her goal is to move in with her father before her early April due date. Despite the crazy that is going on with her sister, her biggest beef with mamma Spears is that she refuses to let her see Casey Aldridge.

What is going down with boyfriend Adnan Ghalib? He got shot down for entry to Britney by none other than Lynne Spears. After waiting at the hospital entrance for nearly half an hour he left without saying a word to the awaiting paparrazi. However he did manage to show off his phone. Perhaps he was trying to clue us into what is going on via discrete messages….or he is not very bright and airing out his grocery list. He dropped off a bouquet of flowers that had pink roses, white tuber roses, mango calla lilies, sunflowers, gerbera daisies and tulips and then left.
