Instead of messing around with getting knocked up and having enough plastic surgery to make Joan Rivers jealous after the pregnancy, the Beckhams are eyeing an African child to add to their brood. The power couple already have 3 boys Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz. A little girl might become a Beckham after David paid Sierra Leone a visit.

As Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations, David spent nearly a week in Africa getting his do-gooding on for UNICEF. He witnessed the miracle of natural child birth and even gave the infant some immunization drops to keep him healthy. After taking time off being the hotness, he was “close to tears” after experiencing the plight of the orphans.

David and Victoria, according to several sources…namely Grazia, have been throwing around the idea of adoption for awhile.

“Adoption is something David has been talking about for some time. If there is one subject that can move him to tears, it’s the thought of being unloved, uncared for and with no hope or future. It was only when David started planning his trip to Sierra Leone that they began talking about adoption again. It’s clear they both think adoption is great. Tom (Cruise) has talked to David about how adoption changed him and how he’s been able to change the lives of two amazing children.”

Of course reps for the duo say that their current focus is their current children, but totally admire the people who go through the adoption process.
