Just what the world needs more tater tots from the womb of Britney Spears. Her latest pregnancy follows her Mexican nuptials to paparazzi slag Adnan Ghalib.

The bulge Brit has been sporting reportedly isn’t from too many Cheetohs. She was seen shopping for a pregnancy test with Adnan at Ralph’s about a month ago and even paid for it. As she was leaving with aforementioned test she lit up a cigarette. If you look at the cover of the mag, she is carrying a pack of cigs in her right hand.

Ghalib is reportedly tickled pink because he knows he will be set for life if she is knocked up. The Spears family isn’t exactly thrilled with the news. While papa Spears is finally stepping in and trying to clean up the mess, he can’t control the train wreck that is Britney.

Take that Jaime Lynn, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Lopez, Nicole Richie, Christina Aguilera and Nicole Kidman.
