You read right! Despite the winging and whining about the 16-year-old pregnant Zoey 101 star, the season finale still managed to pull a record-breaking 7.3 million viewers for the show, all thanks to Jamie Lynn Spears. Vilified for her pregnancy to boyfriend Casey Alderidge, JL and the status of her show Zoey 101 seemed to be uncertain, with many proclaiming she had “ruined her life” and the show after falling pregnant and announcing it to the world.

Bet they’re eating their words right about now.

While it’s no doubt the current press attention is 50% of the reason triple the amount of regular viewers tuned in to watch the season finale and not JL’s incredible acting talent, you gotta give the girl props for the way she’s handled herself and her supposed “mess.” I guess people are playing ignorant to the fact that there are probably a multitude of teenage stars that have falling pregnant and “taken care of it”, not to mention the hundreds of teenage girls around the world who find themselves in the same situation every day!

In light of the situation, I’d just to like to say “snaps!” to JL for keeping her baby, taking responsibility and always remembering her underpants!
