I will admit that pushing almost 8 pounds of baby out an orifice is daunting. Ok, more than daunting…it is a pain like no other and will probably be the best future birth control for Nicole Richie. She is so terrified of giving birth that she is seeking desperate measures to overcome the fear of popping out her bundle of joy. Hmm, desperation is a reoccurring theme with her. Moving on…

Nicole Richie Enlists Hypnotist to Combat Birthing Fears

Richie has started seeing a therapist to aid her in overcoming the fear. She hired the same guru that used hypnotism to help her quit smoking. Her method of control will be positive thoughts and staying calm.

I can’t help but laugh. In the middle of delivering a baby you’d be happy with a bucket, gravity and wet nap. But best of luck to her. You go with those happy thoughts Nicole…..and opt for the drugs sweetheart.
