Well, we knew it was only a matter of time, Lindsay Lohan was caught drinking again! The supposedly sober superstar was handed a bottle of Champagne and New Years and took a swig…or ten. The good news, however, is that she immediately called her AA Sponsor and admitted her transgression and reportedly wants to get back on track.

I knew something was up, when she was caught with this guy!
