Dani Brubaker Lies About Britney Photos, Sells Them to Ok! Mag
The photos of Britney, Jayden James and Sean Preston that were privately taken have become a gold mine for photographer Dani Brubaker. The photos were meant for Britney and no one else. However, being she is obviously going through a rough time with police standoffs and all, she never had Brubaker sign a confidentiality agreement.
The photographer then denied selling the photos that have now scored the cover of Ok! Mag. She even issued a statement to the mecca of Britney Spears fan-sites BreathHeavy:

My name is Dani Brubaker. I am the photographer that took photographs of Britney and her kids on two occasions back in early November.
Your site was referred to me as a place to be heard by Britney’s fans, not by the tabloid media.
The images from the shoots were never available for purchase, although I have been offered upwards of half a million dollars. Recent postings indicate that I profited from these images. Which is not true.
My integrity isn’t for sale.
I stand by my statement that “The kids are adorable and are obviously well loved.”
… It’s just so sad to see what the media does to her. Truly makes me sick to my stomach.
There wasn’t ever a temptation, no matter what they offered. What I captured of her and the kids is truly beautiful and I just would not be able to live with myself to see those images in a tabloid.

Dani then took the photos pimped them out to the media and made a nice profit off of them. She denied doing anything shady, but the photos are now in Ok Magazine. Hmmm…I guess her integrity found a price tag. The issue will be on newsstands (with the photos Dani sold to the mag) on Thursday.

It saddens me to hear these accusations about Dani. (a friend of mine from long ago) I think that calling her a Lier is unnecessary and harsh.
She didn’t need the money…the media likes to draw attention to an artist because she pushed the envelope & took a risk of letting the world view these beautiful images, She’s not greedy…nor a fool. Anything negative about a woman who follows her dream & takes care of her friends & family is in for a bigger surprise when she is recognized for her brilliant work that will go on no matter what they write.
