It seems every time I open up my feed reader another celebrity is backing Obama for president. Pete Wentz attended an Obama Fundraiser in Chicago last night. Who knew that Obama attracted the boys-who-wear-makeup crowd?

George Clooney, make-up men, and Scarlett Johannsen endorsing him? With lack of brains like these, he surely won’t need the studious types (as evidenced by the recent endorsement from Teddy Kennedy).

You didn’t make up your “mind” about supporting future President Obama because of celebrities who are supporting him. You are against Obama because he stands for everything you are against like upholding the Constitution, remembering that a President’s first charge is the security and protection of his/her citizens - to guard their safety, economy, freedom of the press, and freedom of speech. To support the rights of workers and to make sure that those who are smallest among us are treated with as much consideration as the biggest among us. This is the American Way when we are at our best. Your goose-stepping anti-Consitution gang of thugs has proven what the ratpublicons do when given power - lie, cheat, steal, and destroy. Just look at our economy, our credibility as a nation, the lies that amount to treason that began the war in Iraq. The clamp down on freedom of the press, the support of FOX “News,” that goose-steps to the lying, greedy, duplicitous spin of Rove, Cheney, Murdoch, and Bush. Our country has a bad name around the world because the ratpublicon personality has represented us - but, it is NOT who we are as a nation. We will vote in such high numbers that your goose-stepping thugs will not be able to steal another election. Only ratpublicons would have thought up and carried out the treasonist acts and assaults on our Constitution! You are a bunch of goose-stepping bums who live better than you deserve. I will join the voices of millions who will call for investigations of Bush, Cheney, Rove, and FOX “News,” when the power has been returned to the American People in November. By the way - try reading McCain’s book about his life in Viet Nam - he admits to revealing state secrets - most captives did not. Hypocrites who appear to have respect because they have been allowed to lie about who they are. McCain in touch with American People? Ha! I know I don’t have seven million dollar homes - and my Dad has never called my mom or any woman what McCain called his wife. Didn’t want what I wrote to come down to a misspelled word - I was so glad to finally type what had been inside - My typing skills are at fault, not my intelligence. Indeed they are emperors without clothes and most of us can’t wait to tell them they are not wearing any in November! Phonies and goose-steppers - disgusting bunch of losers who have stolen power. It’s time to take our country back and give it back to the American People. This time, We will take back our White House. It will need a boat-load of fumigating though – be we can do it – YES WE CAN!

Warren Buffet is the richest man in the world because he understands economics, he started from the bottom up.
Sure he can support McCain and get tax cuts, but it’s not about money, it’s about a stable economics.
To have a man like Warren Buffet supporting Obama speaks volumes.

Kylie, I LOVE YOU. Your views on this political campaign is in the right place. I’m voting based on our economical needs. We don’t need another Bush in the White House. As of 2007 McCain backed Bush up 99% of the time. How is he going to climb us out of this hole that bush put us in, when he is nothing but a twin formed out of Bush’s stupidity? He has done enough. John McCain is unrefined, unoriginal and uninspired. He is like Palin who he has woefully entrusted to his side as vice president. She happens to be from Alaska and not within the United States. Alaska may be part of the United States, but their politics are different that from the US. Palin has a different political background which is not in relations to the current issue that the US is facing. US is facing poverty, unemployment, crime and an issue of security threat.
That I why Obama will win, and I will be sure to vote this year.

Im surprised so many people give a rats ass what these celebrities think. Its a wonder to me why any one gives them credit for thinking at all. Dont forget they read scripts for a living. they make millions and millions of dollars for doing a job a pet store parrot can do. I think for myself in my job and my politics. Any moron who will support a candidate because the biased media or some out of touch actor told them thats who they support is an idiot. Actors are from the land of make believe. They are people who cannot think for themselves never mind telling me how to think.These are people who dont have to worry about things like health care, gas money or staying home because they cant afford a night out after paying bills. I am a surgical nurse. I help save lives for a living. I spend 1/3 of my annual income on taxes and social programs. I am a republican. I do this because I love america. These celebrities spend thier money renting mansions in places like France for god sakes. France, the land of pussy’s and traitors. when was the last time that country backed us in conflict. Give me a break. None of them know what the average person needs. Tell them to keep their crappy opinions to themselves. BTW. why are they so arrogant to think their opinion really matters anyway.

I think that its awesome that so many celebrities back obama.Its commendable that they wish to speak up even though they may alienate fans. But people who MATTER r doing it as well like Warren Buffet(hello)hillary clinton, former presidents and ted kennedy. I wish there were no political parties(George Washingston was right)and people voted based off of issues. I also wish politics werent so dirty..but thats a dream world. Republicans plz tell ALL of your REPUBLICAN friends that Obama is NOT a muslim, is NOT anti-America, and YES HE DOES say the pledge with his hand over his heart. I saw him do it in person at an Obama Rally in Houston, TX.PLAIN AND SIMPLE: If you like the past 8 years (if your business is thriving, you are successful and happy and sleeping well at night) vote McCain, and I wont knock you for it. But if you didnt like the past 8 years and your finances are wobbly and your unsure how the bills are gonna get paid vote Obama. Its that simple. And if you do NOT like a candidate make sure its not personal. (Dont say Im not voting for Obama bcz he cant name all 50 states..bcz I DID HEAR A REPUBLICAN say that.) Say I dont agree with his stance on abortion or the economy or the war. And vice versa with McCain bcz I could care less what he looks like or how many houses he has.
