Mischa Barton was arrested this morning on a DUI charge. She spent the night in the clink for being a dumbass and driving around inebriated. Barton was booked early this morning and clearly had a rough night. She was in possession of some narcotics and didn’t have a valid drivers license.

The police caught on to her disorderly driving while she was straddling two lanes. Stealth. Very stealth. Her bail was set at $10,000 and she sat in jail before her mother came to her rescue.

After news of her arrest spread, she was picked up and taken home via her mom’s black Mercedes. Mischa wrapped herself in shawl as she exited the West Hollywood lock up. Looking beyond haggard, her caravan was given a police escort to avoid paparazzi trouble.

That gold lame skirt looks beyond tired. I bet it has seen it’s fair share of raves 2 am stops for some gas station doughnuts.
