On top of a new nose and breast augmentation from earlier this year, Heidi Montag now has a new set of lips!

The 21-year-old aspiring singer reportedly had a lip enhancement procedure completed on Friday. Heidi showed off her new lips while out with on-and-off-again fiance Spencer Pratt on Saturday.

This really is sickening. The girl is only 21 and has about ran out of things to have surgery on… and she’s stupid enough to still be entertaining a relationship with Spencer. She’s the epitome of a bimbo.
