What’s in a Celeb’s Wallet?

Move over American Express Black card. Jessica Simpson’s wallet will now have to make room for a new credit card to buy her tuna with. Visa has cranked out a card dripping in diamonds. Celebrities with a big bank account are the target consumer. Only the elite of the rich are offered the opportunity to have the glossy black card that also boasts gold film coating.
It cost 300 times more to make the “V-VIP Card” than your normal everyday card. For 1,000 of these cards it cost Dubai First Bank $175,000. Thanks to the design of the must-have South Korean made bling, it has already landed in the wallets of some very “big spenders.” To own one yourself the first (and foremost) requirement is to have a bank account that maintains millions. That is plural people….millions.
