Here’s a clip from this morning’s “The View” where the ladies (including guest co-host Tori Spelling) discussed the controversy surrounding Dog the Bounty Hunter and his racist statements that were obtained by the National Enquirer.

Whoopie has it all figured out. She says,

“We’re all guilty of saying things in private, that we wouldn’t otherwise say in public. I’ve done it. The only reason people aren’t mad at me, is because I haven’t been caught.”
