Kelly did not invent the “English Bob” hair style but they both chose a classic ! It was popular in the 20′s and make a great comeback in the 80′s. To complete the look, though… a burgundy henna type rinse where it looks mostly natural brown except when the light hits it… Then it goes purply. Also the black eye make up they both wear with it finishes the look off nicely! I love that look. I would have gone that route long ago but it only works when your hair is pin straight.
