Here’s Nelly Furtado performing at the VH1 4th Annual Hip Hop Honors. And winning a WTF Moment of the Day. What is she wearing? It looks like her dress is on backwards – what is that? Was there no mirror in her dressing room? And Nelly, just because you’re at the Hip Hop Honors doesn’t mean you need to rock softball-sized bling around your neck – it’s totally taking away from the boobs falling out of your dress. Seriously, WTF?
