Unfortunately, it is about our other favorite trainwreck, Lindsay Lohan.

Several words come to mind when I look at this pic of Lindz:

Oompa Loompas, Dreamsicle popsicles, Traffic cones, Basketballs, Pumpkins, and Goldfish…see a theme here?

Now either Lindsay Lohan has dressed up as one of the aforementioned articles or she has overdosed on Mystic Tan.

To be honest, walking through any mall I can spot several people exactly like that. Though they tend to be 10-20 years older than Lohan, and their hair is more blonde.
