I don’t care what people say, I think Michelle Rodriguez is a great actress.  It’s just too bad she can’t seem to stay out of trouble long enough to prove to the masses that she’s more than just another overpaid celeb. 

Case in point: Today she was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating her probation. 

Bad girl Michelle, who has been on probation for drunken driving and a hit and run, has apprently been violating the conditions of her probation for said offenses and so today, Los Angeles prosecutors went to court where they stated that Rodriguez had previously signed a document acknowledging she had completed her community service, when in fact, she had not.  Prosecutors said she was actually in New York at the time she was supposed to be picking up garbage on California roads, per part of her community service requirement.  

Rodriguez, who appeared in court today, is scheduled to report to the Los Angeles County jail by December 24.
