“Land of the Lost” Hits The Big Screen
By Tina | October 10, 2007
According to Variety, a new big-screen comedy version of the Sid & Marty Krofft 1970s cult morning show, “Land of the Lost” will begin filming in March.
Not suprising, Will Ferrell has agreed to star in the film, which revolves around a disgraced paleontologist, an assistant and a tour guide who somehow find themselves in a strange world where they’re surrounded by dinosaurs, monkey people and those oh-so-scary green Sleestaks!
Spencer Milligan, Wesley Eure and Kathy Coleman starred in the original Saturday morning series.
Will ”Sigmund and the Sea Monsters” or “Lidsville” be next?
