Howard K. Stern Sues Rita Cosby
Howard K. Stern, the former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith, has filed a lawsuit against journalist and former MSNBC news anchor, Rita Cosby.
The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday in New York, comes on the heels of details which Cosby has reportedly included in her new book, “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole,” which include claims that Stern and Larry Birkhead, the father of Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn, had engaged in homosexual acts which have allegedly been caught on tape. Cosby also alleges in the her new book that Stern and Birkhead made a deal in which Birkhead would gain custody of Dannielynn while in return, Stern would be granted executor of Smith’s estate.
The lawsuit, filed on Tuesday, is against both Rita Cosby and her publisher, Hachette Book Group USA. Stern is asking for $60 million in compensatory and punitive damages.

howard stern go get them and keep standing up for yourself people now day’s are out for the almighty buck they don’t care you it harm’s and especially when anna’s daughter is involved you and Larry should keep doing what you need to do to protect that little precious little girl.the people who know you best won’t believe or read this garabage Iwouldn’t give her that satification to pay to read it.
