This WTF Moment of the Day is awarded to Rumer Willis. Why the hell is she dying her hair that awful, awful blond color that looks like she tripped into a puddle of peroxide head first? I guess Rumer never saw Brad Pitt in his bleached-blond days, or heard him talk about what a mistake it was. When asked whether he likes his newly bleached hair, Brad told People , “Not really. Personally, I think it’s a bad move on my part.” If you’re going to dye your hair, Rumer, at least get it done professionally. Seriously, WTF?
