I have no idea what’s going on in this picture, but it seems mighty worthy of a WTF Moment of the Day for Rosie O’Donnell. Defamer says she fell asleep on a waffle iron. I’m praying it’s part of a “Nip/Tuck Scene”. Seriously, WTF is going with her face?
